3. Booking Requests and User Responsibilities

A request is an invitation to contract, not a confirmed reservation. We will confirm availability, price and terms. Use the site lawfully.

Distance contracts: 14-day withdrawal right under Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023.

Before purchase we give business, service, price, delivery and dispute information under Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015.

4. Intellectual Property

Content, branding and software belong to cacheform.com LLC or licensors. No copying without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss. Consumer rights under Law No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023 are not limited.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

Ukrainian law applies. You may apply to the State Service for Consumer Protection and to courts of Ukraine.
