Travel Disclaimer
This Travel Disclaimer explains what cacheform.com LLC can and cannot guarantee when you book snow and winter travel services with us. It supplements our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
1. Snow and weather conditions
Snow depth, snowfall, temperature and visibility are natural phenomena. We cannot guarantee snow conditions, open slopes or open lifts on any given date. Resort operators may close pistes or lifts for safety, maintenance or lack of snow. Such events are outside our control and do not constitute a defect in the service.
2. Travel insurance
We strongly recommend travel insurance covering medical care, mountain rescue, cancellation, delays and equipment loss. Insurance is not included in the price unless expressly stated.
3. Government travel advice
Please check the travel advice, entry requirements and safety notices issued by the competent authorities of your country and of Ukraine, and confirm passport, visa and health requirements before booking and before departure.
4. Equipment, ski passes and extra fees
Ski passes, equipment rental, lessons, guiding, transfers, insurance and other extras may be charged in addition to the base price and may change according to supplier rates. All applicable fees are shown before you confirm your booking.
5. Booking, distance selling and withdrawal
Under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023, distance contracts give consumers a 14-day right of withdrawal, subject to statutory exceptions such as services with fixed dates and tourism packages. Under the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR dated 15.09.1995, we provide information on the service, its terms, price and any licence details before purchase. Business disclosures are made under the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015.
6. Complaints and your rights
Consumers may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Consumer Protection and to the courts. Personal data is processed with consent under the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010.
