Booking data (name, dates, payment references), contact data (email, phone, message text) and technical data (IP address, device and browser type, cookie identifiers).

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use data to confirm and deliver bookings, coordinate lodging and transfer suppliers and meet accounting duties. Processing relies on your consent and on contract performance under the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010, with information duties under the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015 and the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023.

4. Cookies

Cookies that process personal data are set only after your prior informed consent via our cookie banner, as required by the Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010. Consent can be withdrawn in browser settings.

5. Sharing

We disclose the minimum necessary data to lodging and transfer suppliers in Ukraine and abroad and to IT and payment providers acting on our instructions. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

Booking records are kept for the statutory accounting period, enquiry messages for up to 24 months, and consent records while consent is relied on.

7. Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent at info@cacheform.com. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights and, under the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023, apply to the State Service for Consumer Protection and to the courts.
