Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Scope and Governing Law

This policy covers travel, transfer, and lodging bookings on cacheform.com. It is governed by the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023, the Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR dated 15.09.1995, and the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015.

2. Right of Withdrawal

Under Law No. 3153-IX, distance contracts allow a 14-day withdrawal before the service start date. Date-specific travel and lodging may be excepted where supplier penalties apply.

3. Cancellation Windows

• 30+ days before start: full refund minus a 10% admin fee.
• 15–29 days: 50% refund.
• 7–14 days: 25% refund.
• Under 7 days or no-show: no refund.

Supplier penalties (airlines, hotels, transfer operators) may reduce refunds and are passed through.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 14 days. Non-refundable supplier fees are deducted. Force majeure is handled per Law No. 324/95-VR.

5. Transfers and Lodging

Transfer cancellations follow the operator's terms. Lodging cancellations follow the property's rules. Written notice to info@cacheform.com is required.

6. No-Show Terms

Failure to appear at the scheduled time is a no-show, charged in full with no refund.

8. Dispute Resolution

You may apply to the State Service for Consumer Protection and to the courts of Ukraine under Law No. 3153-IX.
