  • Accommodation for the nights listed, with bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning
  • Six-day lift pass for the resort on your booking
  • Breakfast and dinner at the property kitchen each full day
  • Local desk support in the resort for the length of your stay

  • Group or private lessons with a resort-certified instructor

Tourist tax and insurance

Tourist tax is collected locally by the resort municipality and is not part of the package price. The rate that applies to your dates is confirmed in writing before any deposit is taken.

Travel medical and winter-sports insurance is not included. We can quote a policy with a Ukrainian insurer on request, or you may bring your own cover and send us the policy number.

How booking and payment work

Figures across the packages pages are per person on a double-occupancy basis, with "from" where the final amount depends on dates, lodging category or occupancy. Settlement is in Ukrainian hryvnia; the euro amount is a reference printed at the rate on the day your invoice is issued.

  1. 1. Deposit confirms the dates

    A 20% deposit holds lodging and the transfer slot. We send a proforma invoice in UAH with the EUR equivalent beside each line. The hryvnia figure is the amount payable.

  2. 2. Balance 45 days before arrival

    The remaining 80% falls due 45 days before the arrival date. Card payment and bank transfer in UAH are both accepted. Reservations made inside 45 days are paid in full when confirmed.

  3. 3. Changes and cancellation

    Date or lodging changes depend on what is still free. Cancellation is tiered from the arrival date: 45 or more days out, the deposit is returned less a UAH 750 administration fee; 21 to 44 days out, half the deposit is returned; inside 21 days the deposit is not returned. Send your resort, travel window and group size, and you get an itinerary back in writing: lodging category, transfer mode and pickup point, rental and lesson options, plus a clear line between what is included and what is quoted separately.
