Booking Terms and Conditions

1. Request to booking

A website request is an enquiry, not a booking. A contract forms only when cacheform.com sends written confirmation and the deposit is received. Prices can change until confirmation. Pre-contract information on service, total price, delivery and dispute resolution follows Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023.

2. Prices: UAH and EUR reference

Prices are in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and include services listed in the confirmation. A EUR reference is informational only; it is not a payment currency unless agreed. The UAH total is fixed at confirmation.

3. Payment schedule

• Deposit 30% within 3 days of confirmation.
• Balance due 45 days before the first service date.
• Bookings within 45 days: full payment at confirmation.

4. Taxes and mandatory fees

The total includes applicable taxes, tourist tax and supplier fees. Locally charged visitor taxes are shown separately and payable on site where required.

5. Supplier terms

Ski passes, transfers, equipment and lodging come from third parties. Their terms apply and are given before confirmation. Tourism information duties follow Law of Ukraine 'On Tourism' No. 324/95-VR dated 15.09.1995.

6. Changes, withdrawal and cancellation

Distance contracts give a 14-day right of withdrawal under Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023, except services tied to a specific date. Changes depend on supplier availability and fees. Complaints may go to the State Service for Consumer Protection and courts.

7. Data and review before confirming

Personal data is processed with consent under Law of Ukraine 'On Personal Data Protection' No. 2297-VI dated 01.06.2010. E-commerce disclosures follow Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015. Review all terms and the Privacy Policy before confirming.
